Shipping Solutions

Dispatched

Products are dispatched during business hours from Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed before 1pm AEST will be shipped the same day.

Courier Service

Packages are sent via TNT Courier Service. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered you need to specify a safe location where the item can be left on the premises. You will see a question during the ‘Checkout’ process where this can be entered. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a POBox.

Pickup Products

Pick up of products is available to online and local customers at no added cost. Place your order as normal, then we will contact you to let you know your order is ready to be collected.

Delivery charges are to Australia only. If you would like to place an order for international delivery please contact us at info@coredrillingsupplies.com.au.It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered into our system.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided so you can track your item along the way. If an order has not arrived within the specified time frame then we can be contacted at info@coredrillingsupplies.com.au or 07 5525 6755 and we will commence investigations.
