Refunds, Exchange and Warranty
Many of our products are sold with a warranty. If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Machine warranties cover electrical only.
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, we may offer you a repair, exchange or refund on most products. Refunds will be given using your original payment method. You will need to notify us immediately at email@example.com or on 07 55256755.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
Please note that faulty items must be returned within the warranty period for that particular item. Refunds / Exchanges will not occur until the item has been returned to Core Drilling Supplies Pty Ltd for assessment.
Orders with No Fault that are returned may be subject to Return Fees [see below]. Return Fees are determined by Core Drilling Supplies. Return Fees comprise of a 10% Handling/Restocking Fee plus any other charges incurred. Other charges include PayPal, EBay & credit card fees. Whichever is applicable.
To ensure you have the best online shopping experience possible we have put together a flexible returns policy to give you that extra piece of mind. If you wish to exchange an item you must return it to us as soon as possible. Please always indicate the reason for your return.
Core Drilling Supplies Pty Ltd reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it has been improperly used. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.
